What it is

A tool to understand, record and improve every brew.

  1. 01

    Record

Every bag with its roaster, farm, process and rest. Every recipe with its grind, water and pours. Nothing stays in your head.

  2. 02

    Brew

Guided mode runs the phases of your recipe with two clocks, a heads-up before each change and the screen always on.

  3. 03

    Understand

Sensory bars, TDS and extraction, SCA cupping and per-bean statistics. You see what changed and why it came out better.

Features

Everything that happens between the bag and the cup.

  1. A bean sheet with process, variety, rest window and inventory.
    01

    Beans

Log every bag: origin, process, variety, roast level, roast date and how much is left. Always know what is on the shelf and how long it has rested.

  2. Recipe list with target ratio, grind and time for each one.
    02

    Recipes and brews

Write the recipe once, with dose, water, temperature, grind and pours, and log each brew with its result. Iterate on what worked.

  3. Guided mode with the big clock, the current phase and the grams bar.
    03

    Guided brewing

A timer that calls out each pour of the recipe while you brew, with a heads-up before every phase change and the screen always on.

  4. A grinder sheet with its calibration curve.
    04

    Grinders and microns

Store each grinder’s calibration curve, tick to microns, and estimate particle size. Includes a micron ruler to compare by eye.

  5. Stats with brews per week and an extraction control chart.
    05

    Tasting and stats

Sensory bars, score, flavor notes, TDS and extraction, cupping on the SCA form. Then search by bean, method or yield and see your trends.

Try it

Try it right here.

Three pieces of the app, exactly as they work on the phone. Move them.

Micron ruler

Pick a particle size and watch the grind change. In the app it is calibrated with a physical card and saves points on your grinder’s curve.

Particle size700 µm
200 µm (fine)1400 µm (coarse)

Approximate visual comparison, not a measurement. Here, at a relative scale.

Extraction

With the dose at 15 g, move TDS and ratio and the extraction yield lands in its zone. The same formula and the same test cases as the app and the API.

Ideal extraction

Sweet, balanced. Write it down.
